Epoxy Crack Filling

PU Sealant at Joints

SBR Mortar Repair
Sika SBR 100 modified mortar repairs all damaged surfaces, honeycombs, and delaminated areas.
Waterproofing Coat 1

How long does waterproofing last?

What is the best waterproofing system for a flat terrace in North India?
For North India's climate (extreme heat + heavy monsoon), we recommend a two-coat acrylic polymer cementitious system (Starproof WF SP-600 or Tapecrete) over an epoxy-filled base. This handles both UV exposure and water pressure.
What is PU coating and when should I use it?
Polyurethane (PU) coating is a flexible, seamless membrane applied over prepared surfaces. It's ideal for areas with movement (joints, expansion areas) and provides excellent chemical resistance. We use it primarily for industrial applications.
What is an expansion joint and why does it need special treatment?
Expansion joints are deliberate gaps in building structures to allow thermal movement. Without proper treatment using EPDM membrane and aluminium plates, these joints become the primary water ingress points.

What is nipple grouting?
GI nipple grouting is used for active water seepage. Steel nipples (12mm dia) are drilled at 300mm intervals along the crack, and a slurry of cement + Inter Plaster EP is injected under pressure to stop water ingress from inside.
How long does waterproofing work take?
A typical 2,000 sqft terrace waterproofing takes 5–7 working days including surface prep, crack filling, and two waterproofing coats. Expansion joint work depends on total running meters.
